We all feel the temptation from time to time. You’ve been good, exercising and eating right, when you’re suddenly struck with a craving for something really greasy, salty, sweet, and just plain bad for you. Well, tomorrow, feel free to indulge yourself all you like because it’s National Junk Food Day!
Yes, there’s actually an informal holiday celebrating the foods that are so bad, but so, so good. They may not do much for your physical fitness, but sometimes a little treat can go a long way towards improving your mood.
Feel free to indulge, but be prepared for the aftermath: make sure you have adequate health insurance in place so that you can see the doctor about the tummyache you’re sure to have on Sunday.
